You can get a full discount provided that the accompanying circumstances are met:

After your payment is detected, you must request a refund within 7 days, and no assets should have been downloaded during that period.

Refunds are only eligible if these conditions are met.

For Monthly Premium Users, you can request a refund for the current billing period. Past payments are non-refundable.

Please note that a commission fee will apply as per the third-party payment platform's policy (order price * 4.4% + $0.30), which is charged by the platform, not MyCreativeFX.

Refund requests typically take 5-7 business days to process. After that, please contact your bank to track the refund.
